Richard has spent his entire career architecting, developing, and deploying innovative solutions that align with business goals and deliver quantifiable financial benefits. His consistent vision has been to build an effective team aligned with the business objectives and leveraging technology as a strategic differentiator to improve financial performance.
He has an extensive hands-on experience in growing and transforming departments and organizations with a minimal investment in IT infrastructure and staff. His 15+ years of finance experience include extensive interaction with executive management and boards of directors. Through various positions, he was instrumental in design, development, and support of finance functions that enabled rapid annual revenue growth via acquisitions and organic expansion without accounting and processing difficulties while maintaining a zero based budget.
Besides the development of finance functions, Richard led and participated in numerous ERP system conversion, and sunsetting of legacy system projects. In addition to system conversion and mergers, Richard performed due diligence and participated in negotiations and deal making for fifty plus acquisitions varying in size (from $0.5MM to $400MM) and number of capitalization rounds.
He is fluent in areas of accounting (GAAP & IFRS) and finance related activities for the organization, including inventory accounting, financial reporting (10-K, 10-Q, SEC), budgeting, forecasting, independent audit & tax (SOX, Internal Controls), financial planning & analysis, treasury and cash-management, collaborative governance, and financial risk & compliance management.
He is a diversely skilled leader who is a compelling and transparent communicator in English and Polish, who has the ability to establish and maintain respect, credibility, and collaborative trust with a diversity of staff and other internal and external stakeholders. He crafted finance organization that was extremely customer focused, both for external and internal customers. He used the finance group as one of the primary agents of change, providing new services for customers and improving internal process flow efficiency.
Richard is an outside of the box thinker. Being Six Sigma certified, process improvement and efficiencies are his other very strong attributes.
But perhaps first passion is leading people. Through the number of organizations he has been privileged and exposed to multitude of personalities and talents. He believes in strong leadership through holding strong to integrity, motivation and proper job placement.

Shev is a leader in audit, tax and process improvement areas. He has solidified his knowledge of the various financial, commercial, industrial and manufacturing businesses that he has worked within over his professional career both in Public Accounting at a National Accounting Firm and in private practice. He has an aptitude of adopting his skills for challenging opportunities in the Finance, Risk Management and Internal Controls fields. He has a proven successful track record of making positive contributions in dynamic, high-pressure, time constrained, team-work, client centric environments.
He has planned and performed financial statement audits focused on addressing key assertions for various clients within the Financial, Hedge Funds, Manufacturing, Communication and Real Estate industries in accordance with GAAP & GAAS. He has performed Internal Control Audits in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. Evaluated client’s internal audit function and used his Six Sigma training in making recommendations for weaknesses in control processes. He has also done tests of the general and application controls environment for Information Systems and SAS 70.
Shev is proficient in the quantitative and qualitative appraisal of a company’s position, financial performance and business outlook while keeping keenly abreast of country specific, economic, industry and competitive developments affecting the company’s business.

ALEXANDER ROZO, MBA
Alex is a visionary who continues to add to his multifaceted professional skills and talents. A bi-lingual analytics expert who can automate processes and take on data manipulation using advanced technology and artificial intelligence. He has served on boards for multiple companies advising C-Level executives for all execution decision making actions. He is quick witted and always approaches difficult situations with robust strategic proactive solutions. His theoretical and empirical understanding of business functions has been recognized by Ivy League graduates and professionals, most recently, Citrix executives.
He began his career out of college as a financial professional advising multiple clients for Merrill Lynch, managing a total portfolio value of over $100MM. His instant success with financial management and advising lead to his first Real Estate Investment Trust business, Rozo’s Rock LLC. There, he helped real estate investors establish efficient, high yield producing portfolios with record asset growth evaluations in as little as 2 years. He was recognized in Miami, Florida by New Penn Financial LLC and taken on as a consultant for the VP and SVP of the retail mortgage division. There, he worked together with the Presidents to create the first 110-page Monthly Reporting Deck. This reporting booklet tracked all business activity with graphical projections and analytical performance modeling for C-Level executives and investor presentations. It covered areas of the business from Financials and Branch Analysis to Sales, Operations and Customer Surveys. Still thirsty for new challenges, he pursued a consulting opportunity with a creative toy manufacturing company, Safari LTD, which at the time was going through an executive leadership transition. His time was utilized as an impromptu opportunity but with fast paced effective results. After being an integral piece of integrating SAP to maintain labor force efficiency and profit stability he moved on to an insurance company, iCan Benefit Group LLC. While at iCan, he took a hands-on approach with a bottom-up strategy. This allowed for a complete vision of all the pieces that made this insurance company be a robust competitor in a fast paced ever changing industry. After almost 4 years of financial efficiency initiatives, operational machine learning systems integration, innovative marketing sales techniques and exquisite vendor negotiations, he decided to pursue his passion to help others and share his visionary career successes and financial independence.
What drives Alex more than anything are the 3 essentials to any operation and personal necessity, that is, Time, Money and Health. Time is always moving forward and can never be recovered. Therefore, every action must have an intelligent approach with multiple plan scenario outcome actions. Money, while it can always be created, once consumed, it takes time to recover from a downfall and must be carefully managed to sustain growth and exponential results. And finally, Health, the health of not only the business entity but of the individuals who make an operation possible.
